THE FUTURE OF INSURANCE FOR YOUR FAMILY

THE PENALTIES /FINES FOR NOT "OBEYING" OBAMACARE.

In 2014, the annual penalty will be $95 per adult and $47.50 per child, up to a family maximum of $285 or 1% of family income, whichever is greater.
In 2015, the penalty will be $325 per adult and $162.50 per child, up to a family maximum of $975 or 2% of family income, whichever is greater.
In 2016, the penalty will be $695 per adult and $347.50 per child, up to a family maximum of $2,085 or 2.5% of family income, whichever is greater.

THIS IS MONTHLY, NOT YEARLY! CAN YOU AFFORD THIS?

Most people think of it as an annual penalty," notes Larry Levitt, a senior vice president at Kaiser. "But it is in fact a monthly thing, and you would pay a penalty for any month that you are uncovered." However, a person may be without coverage for up to three months without triggering the penalty. http://money.msn.com/health-and-life-insurance/how-obamacare-penalty-will-work?page=2

IT IS ATTACHED TO YOUR INCOME TAX REFUND. every year you will receive a statement from your insurance company as proof you have it- AND IF THAT IS NOT THERE U WILL PAY THAT WAY.

THINK U HAVE GREAT INSURANCE? NOPE!
The Americans who now have "great benefits" are in for a surprise in 2018. People who receive top-of-the-line health insurance packages will be subject to a 40% excise tax for their privilege. This is at all income levels. Any plan whose premiums are greater than $10,200 for individuals and $27,500 for families will have to shell out an additional $4080 and $11,000 respectively. Eventually, this 40% tax will apply to every single insurance plan because the tax is not indexed to inflation. Wonder if this is an effort to ensure that ultimately no one can afford private health insurance?   taken from HERE

YOUR BANKING RECORDS ARE OPEN TO THE GOVERNMENT!
Obamacare allows the government complete access to all your private records, including banking records, and gives them authority to provide this information to third parties at the discretion of the HHS Secretary.

IF a doctor is willing to help you, if the government under obamacare says no to the treatment, then the doctor does not get paid! what dr will help u?  it doesn't matter if you have a nice dr. he can't treat u.

Did you know?  The Obama administration is building up the IRS by another 16,500 agents to enforce Obamacare.

We're doomed. This is so creepy.

I read more of the articles. My husband is on Medicare with a supplemental with Kaiser. I wonder how Medicare will be effected. We are living on disability and could not afford to pay any higher premium. Did you happen to find any information concerning this?

Stock meds and educate yourself. You may be yours and your familys only doctor before long. There are very legal ways to get antibiotics and other meds. Now is the time.

What about plans like Samaritian? What if you have low income? I read if you have low income and so many dependents, then your NOT penalized. Had anyone else read this? I think this is the beginning of the end for all of us. Lord help us!

right now samaritan is still ok but in time it won't be since it has to be a government approved insurance company and technically they are not insurance and they prohibit payment for abortion etc and that will be a must under obamacare! you are right- under a certain income level the fines are much less or almost nothing. the link should take you to a page with those guidelines. HTH :)

I wonder what will happen with Medicare for those on disability?

This is terrible. Why is it monthy when it says annual? I'm confused. Yes, it may be time to learn to doctor yourself -- but that scares me, too. Too bad about Samaritan. Doctors around here won't take it anyway.

Thanks for posting this link. I actually wasn't aware of all the particulars of this Obamacare madness, though I thought we could avoid it since we have our own medical insurance. Looks like we're going to have to work on a Plan B, but I'm not sure what that is likely to entail.
