A Few Breakfast Ideas

Have you ever hated the thought of throwing away all that oatmeal you made for breakfast? Well now you don't have to!

Leftover Oatmeal Muffins
1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. cinnamon
Whisk together in a bowl.

Mix together in another bowl.

1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. leftover oatmeal
1/2 c. raisins
1 t. vanilla

Combine two bowls until just moistened. Fill 2/3's full in a greased muffin tin for 18 minutes at 350 degrees.

I got this recipe off the web years ago and have continued to use it for a long time. It's a great way to use up leftover oatmeal.

oh and here are a 2 coupons I found thru my affiliate link that can help you make easy nutritious breakfasts:

I like to get the frozen fruit and make smoothies with it.
I like to make creamcicles with this. Just pour in the molds and freeze! The kids think this is fun way to start the day!
