Have you ever hated the thought of throwing away all that oatmeal you made for breakfast? Well now you don't have to!
Leftover Oatmeal Muffins
1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 c. flour

Whisk together in a bowl.
Mix together in another bowl.
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. leftover oatmeal
1/2 c. raisins
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. leftover oatmeal
1/2 c. raisins
1 t. vanilla
Combine two bowls until just moistened. Fill 2/3's full in a greased muffin tin for 18 minutes at 350 degrees.
I got this recipe off the web years ago and have continued to use it for a long time. It's a great way to use up leftover oatmeal.

I like to get the frozen fruit and make smoothies with it.
I like to make creamcicles with this. Just pour in the molds and freeze! The kids think this is fun way to start the day!
