coffee creamer recipe
i am stopping blogging but i remembered that several people asked for my recipe for coffee creamer so i wanted to give that to you first.
1 cup half and half
1/2 cup cane juice crystals- can use white sugar instead
3 tablespoons caned pumpkin
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cloves
stir all together and enjoy :)

I was blessed to receive this jar of Tropical Traditions organic raw honey. I loved it!! I didn't detect any coconut taste- only the most flavorful honey I have ever tasted. I loved it on sandwiches and I loved it in baking.
Beware- it can appear solid but don't freak out- it's ok. It's like the coconut oil we all know and love :)

Beds

Pro 7:16 I have decked my bed with coverings of tapestry, with carved works, with fine linen of Egypt.
Pro 7:17 I have perfumed my bed with myrrh, aloes, and cinnamon.
Pro 31:22 She maketh herself coverings of tapestry ; her clothing is silk and purple.
well ladies- it sounds like the bed is an important piece of furniture. what does yours look like? topped with laundry waiting to be put away? a child's teddy bear in it? is it made?
i guess we all know what we need to do now don't we?!

mother's day
how was your mother's day? mine had it's ups and downs but i did receive some nice gifts.
my son sent me an e-card with a very appropriate picture- family joke- on it that touched my heart. i keep it in my email to play over and over again :)
dd bought me 2 porcelain angels, each one holding a baby- to represent some of my miscarried babies. (i have lost 6) oh and a keith urban tape! yes , a tape. we still have a tape player !!
rebekah and hannah made necklaces and bracelets for me as did jamison -he made a bracelet. ( i knew those bead kits would come in handy!!)
parker took me to lunch earlier in the week.
dh bought me a gallon size ball canning jar!! it's their anniversary one. i love it!!!!
lunch out was included.
i would show you pics but my camera batteries died and i don't have new ones yet!!!!!

today
well today started out with a bang! rather a punch. my 1 1/2 yr old sleeps with me and he punched me in the eye to wake me up!! i have noticed my eye hurting the past week and now i realized it is probably becuz Andrew punches me there daily!!!
a short while after i got up i walked over to a yard sale and bought a 3 tier rolling metal teacart for $2. i plan to paint it and use it for plants :) 4 yr old jamison walked away with a complete train set and tracks for only a dollar!
then we went to town when my dh got home from work. a 20 minute drive of screaming from the baby and sighing from mommy. we actually were supposed to go to the living history farms for mother's day today but i knew the car ride would be like this so i chose to go another time. this was bad enuf!!!
we bought beds for all the kids who needed them desperately ( thank you tax refund) and took the kids to the library and park. then we ate out :)
the evening was spent rearranging bedrooms lol
everyone is asleep now and i plan to be soon- so good night all!

my chicken spaghetti (cuz i know everyone has a different way of doing things)

shredded or diced chicken
classico sun dried tomatos alfredo sauce
everyone inhales this!

olive oil
evaporated milk
meatloaf mixtures
tomato sauce and herbs with extra tomato sauce gravy
oatmeal and mushrooms with brown gravy
ro-tel with tomato sauce gravy
onions,diced tomatos and a tomato sauce gravy
diced chicken served over fresh spinach leaves topped with parmesean cheese, italian dressing and croutons
chicken tacos
shredded chicken in a warm flour shell topped with lettuce and tomato and cheddar cheese or on top of a hard tostada shell topped with salsa and cheddar cheese and warmed in toaster oven
top chicken breasts with salsa and cheddar cheese and have mexican chicken.
chicken and rice can be made with white sauce, cream of chicken soup, or alfredo sauce.
chicken and noodles can be served with cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, alfredo sauce, white sauce,etc
hamburger patties can be smothered in cream of mushroom soup and served with mashed potatos. or covered in ro-tel and served with noodles.
